Is it worth using the 7.62×54 mm LPS cartridge?

Yes, if you are assembling a budget rifle or want to save on ammunition. However, against players in high-level armor, it's better to use 7BT1, SNB, or 7N37.

Can LPS be bought on the market?

Yes. The cartridge is freely available on the market.

Which is better — LPS or 7BT1?

7BT1 is noticeably stronger due to its level 5 penetration, higher penetration (54 vs. 42), and better armor damage. LPS only wins with higher base damage (75) and usually lower cost.

What raids is LPS suitable for?

The cartridge is suitable for budget raids, farming, and battles with opponents in medium-level armor. For endgame PvP and fights against heavily equipped players, it's recommended to use more powerful 7.62×54 mm caliber ammunition.
