By using the Distruct service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, applicable law, and to respect other users of the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
The service may be used by persons aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, use of the service is permitted only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all actions performed under your account. Each person may register only one primary account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate rankings is prohibited.
The user is responsible for the content they post. By posting materials on the platform (posts, comments, videos, images, and other content), the user confirms that they hold the rights necessary to use such materials and grants Distruct a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, and display this content in connection with the operation of the service. Ownership of the content remains with its author.
If you believe that material posted on the platform infringes your copyright, write to us at arenadistruct@gmail.com describing the material, providing a link to it, and confirming your rights. We will review the request and, if the infringement is confirmed, remove the material.
The service administration has the right to remove content that violates these rules, and to temporarily or permanently restrict a user's access to the service for violating these Terms of Use, without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.
The name, logo, design, and functional elements of Distruct, as well as editorial materials (news, guides, tier lists), are protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without permission. The names of games, images, and materials related to games mentioned on the platform belong to their respective rights holders and are used for informational purposes.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties. The administration is not liable for possible technical failures, temporary unavailability of the service, or for the actions and content of users. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the administration's liability is limited to direct damages.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. The administration has the right to suspend or terminate access to an account in the event of a violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without reference to any particular jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by applicable law.
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how user data is processed.
