The 12×70 mm double cartridge is a special ammunition for shotguns in Arena Breakout: Infinite, containing two bullets at once. Despite its unusual design and high potential damage, the cartridge is hardly used by players.
The main reason is extremely low penetration. Even when both bullets hit, the ammunition performs poorly against armor, so in the current meta, it is significantly inferior to and other options.

The double cartridge has only 1 penetration level and a penetration value of 19, making it practically useless against armored players.
Theoretically, two bullets can inflict high total damage when hitting unprotected body parts, but in practice, such situations are rare. In most cases, the opponent manages to survive the shot, and the subsequent exchange is not in favor of the shotgun owner.
