Description
The problem with bandits is simply getting out of control, so one of my clients wants to find someone who can maintain order. It's simple: kill a couple of scumbags, get some money. It doesn't matter where and when, but bring a tactical vest. Why? I have no idea.
Steps to Complete
Pick up 1 tactical vest
Deliver 1 tactical vest
Any tactical vest with the status "Found in Raid" will do, which means one bought on the market will also work
