Is it worth buying the PCA350 armor?

No, like any T3 vest, but if you still decide to play in Casual, it's better to buy the H-LC and get more durability for the same cost.

How does the PCA350 differ from the KN service vest?

The PCA350 is slightly more expensive but offers 50 units of durability instead of 35 and additionally protects the upper abdomen. In return, it is heavier and reduces speed and ergonomics more significantly.

Which to choose — PCA350 or H-LC?

It's best to choose the H-LC, as it loses durability more slowly, is lighter, and has 5 more units of durability. Although the lower cost of the PCA350 is appealing.
