M96

Description

M96 is one of the weakest and cheapest carbines in Arena Breakout: Infinite. Despite using the 5.56×45 mm cartridge, which performs well in most assault rifles, the carbine is rarely found in raids and is considered a very poor choice.

The main feature of the M96 is the absence of a conventional semi-automatic mode. The weapon only fires in 3-round bursts, making it inconvenient to use at both close and long ranges. Controlling such bursts is more difficult, and the potential of the cartridge is revealed significantly worse than that of the or most assault rifles of the same caliber.

Another serious drawback is the almost complete lack of modification options. Even considering the extremely low cost, the M96 is rarely purchased intentionally: players prefer to pay a little more for a weapon that will be noticeably more effective.
