Is it worth buying the KN Service Bulletproof Vest?

No, like any T3 vest, but if you still decide to play in Casual, it's better to buy the H-LC and get more durability for the same cost.

How does the KN differ from the H-LC?

The KN is noticeably cheaper and almost doesn't affect mobility, but it is inferior to the H-LC in durability — 35 versus 55 units. Also, this vest is most commonly found on bots.

For which builds is this vest suitable?

Best suited for budget and early raids when it's important to get level 3 protection without significant costs.
