Description
Chaotic Matter is a mysterious substance whose origin remains unknown. Visually, it resembles a perfectly smooth polyhedral crystal, containing a constantly changing dark mass inside. When observed from different angles, it seems as if the object violates the usual laws of light and space, and its surface distorts the surrounding reality.
According to classified reports from research groups, Chaotic Matter may be linked to anomalies occurring in the Dark Zone. Some scientists consider it the primary source of most unexplained phenomena, while others believe that the very existence of this object poses a threat to the surrounding world. This is why every found sample immediately becomes a target for major corporations, scientific organizations, and collectors willing to pay huge sums for the opportunity to study such a rare phenomenon.
The estimated value of the item is about 1,500,000 Coins, weight — 4.00 kg, dimensions allow it to fit in a 2×2 slot.
Where to Find
Chaotic Matter is found exclusively on the "Distorted Valley" map and is one of the rarest artifacts of this anomalous territory. The primary chance to obtain the item is associated with safes scattered throughout the location, although the probability of its appearance remains extremely low.
